You generally have until the actual eviction date — which comes after the foreclosure sale, not at the sale itself — to remove your belongings. In Texas, the new owner must give you at least 3 days' written notice to vacate before filing an eviction suit in Justice Court, and no one can change your locks or put your things outside without going through the court.
